honeycomb of pain

someone asked me where
all my loss is stored

i told them my loss
shoulders its way
through membranes
of cells

nudging the nourishing nuclei
out of the
center ring

& there it sits
in each unit
like a bottomless
dark eye
This blog is updated irregularly and has nothing to do with the poet's output. The poet is actually disturbingly prolific. He writes about 5 poems per day. The pages are everywhere, even stacked in the bathtub.
